EVEN/Staybridge Suites (under construction.) This dual-branded hotel is located in Orlando adjacent to the new Universal Epic theme park’s entrance. The site is owned by Universal Boulevard Hotel Venture LLC (joint venture partnership between IHG and Daiwa House Group.) After having stalled in 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ACD was brought on board in 2023 to perform all remaining pre-development services and continue development services through project completion.
