EVEN/Staybridge Suites/Avid (under pre-development.) This triple- branded hotel in Irving, Texas is located next to the Dallas / Forth Worth International airport, the second busiest airport in the U.S. The site is owned by CF Irving Owner LLC, but the project stalled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, ACD replaced the former developer and is performing pre-development services, specifically working to achieve full City zoning entitlements. The project will be shovel ready in Q4 of 2026.
