Crowne Plaza Wilmington International Airport (ILM)- This Crowne Plaza is being developed on a ground lease from ILM immediately adjacent to the terminal. ACD has secured bond financing for this project, which will be the first airport hotel at ILM. The hotel will feature a star chef restaurant and rooftop bar with a direct view of landings and takeoffs. ACD worked extensively with the Airport commission and local officials to craft a long-term lease and secure all the approvals necessary to start construction.
