ACD’s 3rd Voco is located in the heart of Times Square at 711 Seventh Avenue.  Construction is nearly complete with opening expected in Q1 of 2026.  The hotel has 419 rooms and extensive Food & Beverage space including a coffee shop/bar, a full-service, Carnegie Diner & Café-branded restaurant with a terrace overlooking Times Square, and finally a rooftop bar with the only direct view of Times Square.  Glen Coben, designer for our two other Voco hotels, has conceived a contextual hotel that pays homage to Times Square’s vibrant past.  As of December, 2025, the project is in the last phase of construction.
