The Hilton Fashion District was co-developed with a prominent New York City real estate investor but a first- time hotel developer. The 4-star hotel, located at 152 West 26th Street, boasts a roof top bar (leased to an operator) with magnificent views of the New York skyline. This is one of the most popular rooftop spots in New York City. The 20-story building has 280 guest rooms designed by Glen Coben, a leading hotel interior designer with whom we have done three projects.
