Our first project was co-developed with Chinese partners Nelson Yeung and Shing Yeung. Located at 341 West 36th St, this Wyndham Garden Inn became the highest rated and highest grossing hotel in the brand. The hotel was sold in 2012 (at a profit of 250%+) and rebranded as a Hilton Doubletree. The hotel has 224 Rooms, a Terrace Bar, and a glass enclosed Garden Restaurant in the rear. It was designed by Peter Poon Architects.
